Brewing Methods:

Hot Brew

Use 3 grams of tea per 12 ounces of water.

Heat water to 200 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.

Strain and enjoy warm.

For a softer peach flavor, steep closer to 5 minutes. For a fuller, richer cup, steep closer to 7 minutes.

Iced Tea Brew

Use 6 grams of tea per 12 ounces of water.

Heat water to 200 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Steep for 7 to 10 minutes.

Pour over a full cup of ice.

Sweeten lightly with honey or cane sugar, if desired.

Cold Brew

Use 6 grams of tea per 12 ounces of cold filtered water.

Steep in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.

Strain and serve over ice.

This method gives a smoother, naturally sweet peach flavor with less sharpness.
