Brewing methods:

Traditional Hot Chai

Use 3 grams of tea per 12 ounces of water.

Heat water to 200 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.

Strain and enjoy as is, or add warm milk and sugar for a classic chai-style cup.

For a stronger, spicier cup, steep closer to 7 minutes.

Creamy Chai Latte Method

Use 4 grams of tea per 12 ounces total liquid.

Simmer tea in 8 ounces of water for 5 minutes.

Add 4 ounces of milk and simmer gently for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Strain, then sweeten with sugar, honey, or brown sugar if desired.

This method brings out the bold spice, smooth body, and creamy warmth of Fuego de Fe.

Iced Chai Method

Use 6 grams of tea per 12 ounces of water.

Steep in hot water at 200 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 to 10 minutes.

Strain and let cool.

Pour over ice and add milk or sweetener if desired.

Cold Brew Chai

Use 6 grams of tea per 12 ounces of cold filtered water.

Steep in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.

Strain and serve over ice.

Add milk for a smooth iced chai finish.
