Roca Firme is our darkest Italian roast, slow-roasted for a bold, deep, and powerful cup. Crafted from a specialty-grade Arabica and Robusta blend, this coffee delivers rich intensity, strong body, and a smooth roasted finish made for mornings that require focus, strength, and steady faith.

This is not a soft cup. This is a grounded cup. A strong cup. A cup for the believer who rises with purpose and stands firm no matter what the day brings.

Created for prayerful mornings, early starts, bold conversations, and purpose-filled work, Roca Firme is a reminder that our strength is not found in the world, in pressure, or in performance. Our strength is found in the Lord, our Rock, our refuge, and our steady foundation.

Inspired by Psalm 18:2 NLT:
“The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior.”

Roca Firme

Brewing methods

Drip Coffee

Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water.

Use filtered water heated to about 195 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit.

Brew and enjoy black or with cream and sugar.

This method gives Roca Firme a strong, classic morning cup with bold roast depth.

French Press

Use 1 gram of coffee per 15 grams of water, or about 4 tablespoons of coarse ground coffee per 12 ounces of water.

Add hot water at 195 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit.

Steep for 4 minutes.

Press slowly and serve.

French press brings out the heavy body, deep roast character, and bold finish.

Espresso

Use 18 to 20 grams of finely ground coffee for a double shot.

Extract for about 25 to 30 seconds.

This method highlights the strength and intensity of the Arabica and Robusta blend, making it excellent for cappuccinos, lattes, and café con leche.

Moka Pot

Fill the basket with finely ground coffee without packing it tightly.

Use hot water in the bottom chamber.

Brew over medium heat until the coffee rises.

Remove from heat once brewing finishes.

This creates a strong, rich, Italian-style cup with bold character.

Cold Brew

Use 1 cup of coarse ground coffee per 4 cups of cold filtered water.

Steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 18 hours.

Strain and serve over ice.

For a smoother cold brew, dilute with water or milk to taste.
