Brewing methods:

Whisper of God Jasmine Tea

Hot Brew

Use 3 grams of tea per 12 ounces of water.

Heat water to 175 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.

Steep for 2 to 3 minutes.

Strain and enjoy.

For a softer floral cup, steep closer to 2 minutes. For a fuller jasmine aroma, steep closer to 3 minutes. Do not oversteep, because jasmine teas can become bitter if the water is too hot or the steep is too long.

Iced Tea Brew

Use 6 grams of tea per 12 ounces of water.

Heat water to 175 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.

Steep for 3 to 4 minutes.

Strain, then pour over ice.

This creates a bright, fragrant, refreshing jasmine tea with a clean floral finish.

Cold Brew

Use 6 grams of tea per 12 ounces of cold filtered water.

Steep in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.

Strain and serve over ice.

Cold brewing gives Susurro de Dios a smoother, sweeter, more delicate floral taste with less bitterness.
